Stratajet is changing the way people fly.. and I couldn’t be happier about it!
With all the technology around us, it makes sense that the airline business would get a revamp as well. That is what Stratajet is doing. Doug and I flew for the day to go wine tasing and the plane ride was part of making our day fun and relaxing! I would have never guessed we would do something like that but Stradajet made it possible.
Stratajet is a private jet online booking company, so think Orbitz but for private planes. If you wanted a private flight, you use to have to call a company and they would take a day or so and come up a quote for you on how much it would cost to charter your jet. Stratajet is changing all that.
Anyone can go to their website and get quotes on charting a jet. I went on their website and wanted to see what it would cost to fly from OC to Napa for the day…. and I was able to get a quote within a min!
Now I understand that not everyone is booking private planes to Napa for the day. BUT, you can look for “dead legs” or “Empty Legs”. Every time a private jet is booked for a one way flight, an empty leg becomes available for the return journey, because aircraft must fly empty to return to its previous destination and pick up its next set of passengers. This means that by booking wisely you could save up to 75% on the cost of a conventional private jet charter.
