My kids have been begging Doug and I to take them to the Great Wolf Lodge for over a year. Apparently all the Third Graders love this place and so Mavericks 7th birthday seemed like the perfect time to cave in and take them. Many of my mommy friends love this place and have gone several times so our family was really looking forward to the trip.
This Family Resort has the family vacation wired. When you check in they give you ears to wear. When we visited they had activities to do like family yoga, bubble dance party, and a super high tech bed time story PJ party. Our boys were in sheer heaven. It is a lot going on and you have to mentally be prepared for a Disneyland type of stimulation 24/7, but I know our boys will treasure our time at Great Wolf Lodge, and Maverick will always remember his big 7th birthday.
