Doug and I are both dreamers. We love to dream big and boldly. We have talked about moving to Hawaii, opening a ping pong club, and starting a clothing boutique. We talk about having more kids, redecorating our home, and what we would do if success was a guarantee.
I think it is so important to dream. Kids dream. They imagine and entertain the impossible. I see things that have unfolded in Doug and my life and they have happened because we dreamed together. We expressed our passions and gave ourselves the power to pursue. Of course we have failed but we have gone on journeys together. We support one another in our dreams. I know Dougs deepest desires and hopes and he knows mine. We cheer one another on and push one another.
I think it is so beautiful to walk through life with the person you love; with them knowing your hearts deepest dreams and going after them together. That is true love friends. I pray you all have that someone to dream with. I believe in your dreams.
